The other day, I bumped into a high school friend on the bus. He already knew me as a communist, and as he was coming out of a marketing class, he explained to me how disheartening the class was for him. In his own words, he told me that he would only be “contributing to the problem” if he became a businessman. As the conversation continued, he explained that he was becoming increasingly interested in Marxist and communist ideas. So I wasted no time in suggesting that he pick up an issue of Communist Revolution that I had in my backpack, and he bought it without hesitation.
